I booked this hotel for its convenient location near the German border and close to the Roermond Outlet Village. The spacious and tidy room, friendly staff, and on-site restaurant and bar were all great perks. The wifi signal was strong and the included breakfast buffet had a great selection. If you're exploring Roermond or the Outlet Village, this hotel is a top choice!

Special attention of staff after my mistake in booking data. Apparently I did not notice that a corrective input on internet booking was not taken over in the final confirmation. Request for quiet room at the backside was granted without significant cost. The hotel itself was convenient for the room and for general services. Room wass clean with nice balcony and very clean bathroom.

The hotel is at motorway-side and is properly a motel. Trafic roads are going on in front of the hotel. Not so obious to transfer to Roermond by bike.This will significantly improve travel issues in near future.The hotel staff focuses on business an travel customers.The surroundings are very meritfull for touristic exploration by bike or car. Bike renting is present as an excellent tool. Staff has below level documentation available for the public. Why not sell existing maps from VVV-authority? Very poor info is given on towns across the border. Brüggen in Germany is marvelous.

We stayed at a hotel during Christmas time and the location was perfect, very close to the outlet mall and with free secure parking. The staff was friendly and informative, making sure we knew the hotel services and restaurant schedules. The room was cozy, clean, and the bed was comfortable. it was a great value for the price.

The breakfast was average, with limited hot options and the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak. the hotel was a bit hard to find, especially for those unfamiliar with the area.

The staff was well-mannered. The dinner menu of the restaurant is not extensive, but the quality is good. Good free internet connection.

No proper tv channels, and permanent flushing of the toilet. I repaired the flushing myself, but my request for repair of the tv was ignored, although the receptionist apologized for that.

We were expecting tea/coffee making facilities in our room but there wasnt. Also there were no glasses in the bathroom so made cleaning teeth difficult,

The hotel's location was brilliant, really close to the shopping mall, the Netherlands and Germany, and a forest. It also was really close to the outlet centre so perfect for shopaholics. We appreciated rooms with breakfast.
